HOURS
Normal business hours
for the Corporate Headquarters are Monday through Friday from
8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time.
FREIGHT
All orders are shipped
F.O.B. warehouse Denver, Colorado, C.O.D., cashiers check or money
order, or prepaid by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), under the
UPS 3-day select option unless otherwise specified.
FREIGHT
CLAIMS
All
orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Damage
occurring in transit must be reported to the carrier. Responsibility
for damages or shortages after leaving our warehouse lies with
the carrier and not Perse Performance. If freight damage does
occur it must be noted on the bill of lading at time of receipt
and claim for damages filed with the carrier.
RETURNS
Should returns be required,
original purchaser must first contact Perse Performance to obtain
a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns must be accompanied
by the RGA number, a copy of the original invoice of purchase,
and a detailed note explaining the reason for the return. Returned
goods must be sent prepaid, insured, and in the original packaging.
No C.O.D.s will be accepted. If upon inspection, return parts
are determined to be defective, we will replace or repair at our
option.
Custom
items are non-returnable, and Perse Performance will not accept
for return any part that has been modified or damaged due to improper
installation. Returns of non-defective parts are subject to a
20% restocking fee.

ORDERS
Back orders will be
kept open and shipped as soon as possible.

Prices and descriptions
contained in our catalog and on our web site are subject to change
without notice.
GENERAL
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Perse
Performance warrants its products to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for one year from date of purchase.
WARRANTY
AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
Except as may be expressly
set forth in the product invoice, Perse Performance makes no representations
or warranties as to any of its products, expressed or implied,
including without limitation any warranties or merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. Motorcycles can be dangerous.
Perse Performance has no control over the usage of any part. Perse
Performance expects all users of its products to exercise good
judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance
of any parts.
Perse
Performance assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of
any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any
parts in any way by any person. Perse Performance shall not be
liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever. All
matters shall be interpreted under Colorado law. All merchandise
is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Replacement
will be limited to parts only and does not include labor claims.
Perse
Performance parts and accessories are not D.O.T. approved. All
of our parts are for custom applications.
